Exchanges and Returns
1. All GRIFFINS shoes are high-quality items, made using an almost exclusively manual method, carefully checked throughout the manufacturing process.
2. Before use, the brand advises to trying out the product on a clean and smooth surface.
3. It is possible to exchange or return the product acquired within 15 days of order receipt:
- Due to a defect
- For another model or size
4. Shipping costs shall be borne by the customer when exchanging for another model or size, except in cases of return due to a defect, in which case such costs shall be borne by the seller.
5. To make an exchange for another model, the customer should return the product that was initially purchased, being reimbursed the corresponding amount by means of a deposit into their bank account, with the exception of the amount related to shipping costs. In order to acquire the desired model, the customer should begin the purchasing process on the website as normal.
6. How to make a return or exchange:
6.1. Place the product in the original box if it is to be exchanged for another model or returned due to a defect. The original box sent is not required if it is merely a size exchange.
6.2 Place the original packaging inside a second cardboard box and send to the following address:
Rua Vale de São Martinho, n.º 3 r/c dto, 2710-402 Sintra, Portugal.
6.3 On the website, go to Contacts and send a message, with the following information:
- Personal data
- Reason for return or exchange (indicate the size desired if it is a size exchange)
- IBAN so that the amount may be refunded
7. Once the product has been received, GRIFFINS will analyse the returned product’s condition and if it shows obvious signs of use, it reserves the right not to accept the return or exchange.
8. In order to fully comply with Portuguese tax legislation in force, after accepting the returned product GRIFFINS will send a Credit Note to the customer by email so as to cancel the initially issued invoice.
9. GRIFFINS shall not be liable in the event of damage occurring at the time of product shipment or in the event of product loss.
